So I finished my last run of the fourth week of C25K. It went well. I ran around the block, instead of barefoot at the beach, and it definitely felt more difficult. But I did it! I'm nervous a bit about next week, but I think I can do it.
So the run was good. Then I came home, showered, picked up some groceries and a pizza and Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark.
And then I thought "maybe I'll do a couple of those high knee kick things."
So I did one correctly. And then landed sideways on my foot and crumpled to the ground. I'm icing it now.
So I don't hurt myself after running for 4 weeks, but try to kick high, and I'm toast.
Man am I graceful. Like a ballerina.
